Our Shared Humanity = Justice for All

In his autobiography, Gandhi said, “Those who say religion has nothing to do with politics do not know what religion is.” In this interview, Anna Ikeda speaks with Imam Saffet Catovic the Director of Operations for the faith-based organization, Justice for All. They speak about the necessity of recognizing our shared humanity across divides such as faith, nationality, and even stages of life and call for an evolved consciousness of our spiritual accountability to the Earth and the rest of life.

Uniting Nations is a podcast exploring the intersection of nonviolence and the work of the United Nations. It is co-hosted by Anna Ikeda of Soka Gakkai International and Stephanie Van Hook of the Metta Center for Nonviolence.
