Meditation is a powerful tool for calming the mind and deepening our practice of nonviolence.
The whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts. Join us at the Metta Center’s Petaluma office to amplify peace and nonviolence around the world through meditation. Silent meditation begins promptly at 3:15, and lasts 30 minutes. If you can not make it to the office, feel free to join us by meditating from where you are.
Following meditation at 3:45 is a short discussion on a topic of nonviolence.
If you would like to join and need support for a meditation practice, we are happy to meet with you beforehand to give instructions in a form of meditation called “Passage Meditation.”
