Meditation is a powerful tool for calming the mind and deepening our practice of nonviolence.
Join us for a small group meditation at the Metta Center’s office. Silent meditation begins promptly at 3:15, and lasts 30 minutes.
Following meditation at 3:45 is a short reading from Gandhi so we can better understand his life and teachings.
If you would like to join and need support for a meditation practice, we are happy to meet with you beforehand to give instructions in a form of meditation called “Passage Meditation.”
